3. What is your return policy?

We allow a 30-day return period for our devices. If dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the device within this period for a refund or exchange. To understand the return process and eligibility, review our Return Policy.

4. Do devices include accessories?

Generally, our devices come with a charging cable unless otherwise mentioned. For specific details about the accessories accompanying a particular device, check the product description or contact us.

5. How can I place an order?

To purchase a device, select it and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, where you will provide shipping and payment information. Upon order confirmation, an email containing order details and shipping information will be sent to you.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. What is the shipping duration?

Upon processing and dispatch, the estimated delivery within Australia is typically 1-4 business days. 8. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we exclusively ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.
